- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 3/4 C semi sweet chocolate chips
1. Place all ingredients into a medium-sized sauce pan and heat over medium.
2.Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly for 8 minutes.
3.Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before serving. Reheat as needed.
