I can't get enough of this BLT Margherita Pizza! It's so easy to throw together and gives pizza a light, crisp make-over for the spring and summer. A definite must make!

Ingredients

  • 1 Signature SELECT Frozen Margherita Pizza
  • 6 strips Signature SELECT Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1 whole tomato diced
  • 3 tablespoon Signature SELECT Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoon dried dill weed

Instructions

  • Cook Pizza according to package directions.
  • Cook bacon until crispy and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill and stir until smooth
  • Assemble pizza by topping the warm pizza with the lettuce, tomato and bacon. Drizzle the dressing over the top of the pizza and serve immediately.
