Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3- 3 ¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½-1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add in chocolate chips.
  • Shape into balls (about 1 ½ tablespoon worth) and place about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
