Today's recipe is a simple 4 ingredient peaches and cream freeze that is quickly made in a blender or food processor and will *probably* cure an ice cream craving. I say *probably* because at this point the only thing that will satisfy my yearnings for sweets is one of those giant sundaes from Ghirardelli. Sigh. 

Peaches and Cream Freeze

With four ingredients and a blender or food processor you can have a healthy and creamy treat that will curb that ice cream craving. :)

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey more or less depending on peaches
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Eat soft or spoon into a container and freeze until scoop-able.
