Chopped Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces coleslaw mix dressing discarded if included
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 4 whole green onions chopped
  • cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 packet raw ramen noodles broken up
  • ½ cup salted roasted cashews chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2-3 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  • Place all of the dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid, shake to combine and pour over the salad.
