Chopped Asian Chicken Salad
An easy and delicious salad with that major "crunch factor" that we all love!

- 14 ounces coleslaw mix dressing discarded if included
- 4 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
- 4 whole green onions chopped
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 packet raw ramen noodles broken up
- ½ cup salted roasted cashews chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- 2-3 cup cooked chicken chopped
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
Place all of the dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid, shake to combine and pour over the salad.
