bacon
cooked and crumbled

Instructions
Combine all ingredients for blackening mix and sprinkle entire contents over the wings. Drizzle with olive oil, toss, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to BROIL.
Place chicken wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Broil 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Combine olive oil, butter and garlic in a medium sauce pan. Cook until garlic is fragrant and stir in cream and pepper.
Bring to a simmer cook until thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses.
Pile wings on a plate and ladle sauce over the top. Garnish with bacon, green onions, and diced tomato and serve immediately.
