Cajun Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon granulated onion
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 c whipping cream
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ C parmesan cheese shredded
  • ¾ C mozzarella shredded
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 to mato diced
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients for blackening mix and sprinkle entire contents over the wings. Drizzle with olive oil, toss, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to BROIL.
  • Place chicken wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Broil 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Combine olive oil, butter and garlic in a medium sauce pan. Cook until garlic is fragrant and stir in cream and pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer cook until thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses.
  • Pile wings on a plate and ladle sauce over the top. Garnish with bacon, green onions, and diced tomato and serve immediately.
