Simple and Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Hard Boiled Eggs diced
  • ¼ C mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 rib celery diced
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • A few dashes of Tobasco sauce if you like that sort of thing

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  • This can be served immediately, but I like to let mine mellow in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors blend. Either way it's great!
