  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ cups extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Separate into two parts and use half for marinading and half as a sauce after cooking. Or just use as a sauce for many different things.
