Oven Baked Pesto Tilapia
This easy tilapia recipe makes dinner a snap with the help of a little prepared basil pesto.

- 4 tilapia fillets or other firm white fish
- ¼-1/3 C prepared pesto I like Costco brand best
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400
Place fillets in a greased 9x13" baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Spread 1-1½ tablespoon of pesto over each fillet
Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and is opaque.
