Ingredients

Butterscotch Sauce:

  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp table salt

Hot Fudge:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • ¾ C semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Butterscotch Sauce:

  • 1. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar, cream, and salt and whisk until blended. Bring to a gentle boil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2.Remove from the heat and add vanilla extract, stirring well. Allow to cool. The sauce will thicken as it cools.

Hot Fudge:

  • 1.Place all ingredients into a medium-sized sauce pan and heat over medium.
  • 2.Bring to a gentle boil, constantly stirring for 8 minutes.
  • 3.Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly before serving. Reheat as needed.
