Baked Feta with Olives and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 to mato diced
  • ½ C Kalamata Olives chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut feta into 1" cubes and place in a small oven proof baking dish.
  • Combine tomatoes, olives, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and spoon over feta.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the entire baking dish
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the feta is very soft and spreadable.
  • Serve with warm pita bread.
