Preheat oven to 375.
Place each fillet diagonally off-center on a parchment paper square.
Season with salt and pepper and arrange about ¼ C of vegetables over the top of each fillet.
Run one Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cube around the edge of each square of parchment and cut the remainder plus the unused cube into several pieces.
Evenly distribute the Sauté Express® Sauté Starter pieces over the fish.
Bring two corners of the parchment paper together and seal by pressing along the buttered edge.
Working a ¼" at a time, fold, roll and crimp the edges so that you have a nice tight seal all the way around the packet.
Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes for medium-thick filets, give or take a few minutes depending on thickness.
Serve immediately.
