Fish en Papillote


Ingredients

  • 4, 4 oz tilapia fillets
  • 2 Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cubes
  • 1 C thinly sliced vegetables like zucchini yellow squash, tomatoes, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Place each fillet diagonally off-center on a parchment paper square.
  • Season with salt and pepper and arrange about ¼ C of vegetables over the top of each fillet.
  • Run one Sauté Express® Sauté Starter cube around the edge of each square of parchment and cut the remainder plus the unused cube into several pieces.
  • Evenly distribute the Sauté Express® Sauté Starter pieces over the fish.
  • Bring two corners of the parchment paper together and seal by pressing along the buttered edge.
  • Working a ¼" at a time, fold, roll and crimp the edges so that you have a nice tight seal all the way around the packet.
  • Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes for medium-thick filets, give or take a few minutes depending on thickness.
  • Serve immediately.
